NextTrip.com is the online asset of the Extraordinary Vacations Group, the travel division of Next 1 Interactive, Inc. Next 1 Interactive Inc. (Next 1) is a first mover in interactive television and Video on Demand (VOD arenas. The Company successfully launched its interactive TV Network - Resort & Residence (R&R) into over 21 million households nationwide with DirecTV and Comcast on November 6th 2009. The R&R TV Network is supported by the Company’s additional digital media assets (web, radio, mobile) and significant expertise in the Travel and Real Estate arenas. This combination provides the companys clients with a unique and cutting edge solution on both traditional and non linear platforms to advertise their products. Additionally the Company has pending contracts that will allow it to expand the network into over 90 million households in the next 12 months. This would give the R&R network roughly the same reach as the Travel Channel but the R&R networks new business model has several significant advantages over traditional networks.
