It prides itself on being the first hotel in Latin America that allows guest to open the doors of the rooms, access to the TV Channel guide, room service, products for sale, restaurants and bars information, as well as a Virtual Chat to contact with the e-Concierge through a mobile application. This app also allows guest to remote Check-in.

Only small dog breeds of up to 10 kg (20 lbs) are accepted, prior request and hotel confirmation is required. Guests that stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres with their dog must pay an additional fee of $220 USD for the first 5 days of the stay plus $50 USD for each additional night after the 5th one. All amenities and pet stays are subject to availability. For safety reasons, dogs are not allowed in Swim Out categories.

Nestled in an unspoiled natural landscape, it is surrounded by mangroves, sand dunes and bodies of water, and frequently families of different species can be observed walking across the fairways.
Guests of Atelier Playa Mujeres have the advantage of enjoying the golf course from the first day of their stay.
