The villa features more than 11,000 square feet of contemporary living space and nearly 200 feet of oceanfront, including an expansive living and family room, a state-of-the-art Bose-equipped home theater, an oceanfront swimming pool, and a private Vassa spa with sauna, steam room, and gym.

Daily maid service and turndown service are included, along with support from dedicated staff members, including a 24-hour butler, an executive chef, a housekeeper, a waiter, a groundskeeper, and security guards. An optional massage therapist is also available upon request.

Villa Esmeralda was designed by architect Isaac Dabbah Portilla, who envisioned a space that balances youthful sophistication with a natural and fresh atmosphere.

Local materials were used wherever possible, including natural stone in black, red, and cream tones, as well as tropical woods native to the region, such as Tzalam.

Just a few steps from the house is a 40 foot private pier where guests can charter a fishing boat or yacht.
